Innovative Concepts currently employs 4 people who have either graduated, or will soon be graduating, with a Computer Engineering degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. This number does not include the many Innovative Concepts' sub contractors who also are computer engineering graduates. Additionally, even Lonny Rollins, the founder and CEO, graduated with this degree.

The primary reason Innovative Concepts participated was to help obtain more federal government contracts. This excelent score will undoubtably open many more possiblities.
